Family Conferences
Every 6-months or as needed, reviews of each client are conducted with input from the entire staff. The Director will then either review the assessment with the caregiver in person, over the phone or mail a copy home for the family to peruse and return with comments. Each review is made to customize the client’s program based on their interests, abilities, and needs.
Available Community Services
Home care and “in patient” elder care support references may be offered upon family interest giving no particular attention to specific entities. Discussion of benefits of such is welcome.
Caregivers Support Group
Family members of clients and members of the community are encouraged to attend the monthly support meetings held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 4 pm in the Prime Time A unit area.
